Delfin Amor Eco Lodge

Enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica at this special place. The Eco Lodge is situated on 10 acres of rainforest and private beach which will make you feel like in paradise. You'll have the chance to swim with the wild dolphins of Drake Bay, experience giant whales migrating in these waters and much more abundant sea life will welcome you once you're out on the sea for your encounter. But Drake Bay is not only a place for abundant sea life, the rich rainforest also offers a great variety of life to explore and enjoy.

 

The Eco Lodge is located in Drake Bay which is located on the Osa Peninsula, which is on the Pacific (west) side of Costa Rica, on the southern most tip. At this remote area (accessible only by boat) you'll find a great variety of marine and rainforest life. Shallow, warm waters lie on top of low-oxygen cold water, creating the perfect ecosystem for a vast variety of marine life. This makes the ocean a real playground for different kind of dolphins, whales, rays, giant manta rays, sea turtles, marlin, tuna and many more. While on land you will meet monkeys, toucans, macaws, iguanas, blue morpho butterflies, sloths and all the other creatures of the rainforest. This lets you fall asleep to the waves at the shore and wake up to the sound of the howler monkeys.

Also based at Delfin Amor Eco Lodge is Fundaciσn VidaMarina, researching dolphins and whales, and when you stay here, you have the opportunity to learn more about marine life from our staff of marine biologists and volunteers.

Delfνn Amor Eco Lodge offers a variety of tours in the Drake Bay area, including dolphin and whale encounters, guided tours to Caρo Island and Corcovado National Park, horseback riding, kayaking, SCUBA, fishing and more! If you wanna enjoy bird watching the only thing you need to do is sit back and relax!

accommodation: cabinas at Eco Lodge

Delfin Amor Eco Lodge offers lodging in beautiful screened-in cabinas with private baths. All have ocean and rainforest views and offer comfort and privacy. Each cabina has a double bed and a bunk bed (two singles) and can sleep 2-4 persons. There are only six cabinas, keeping the lodge un-crowded and intimate.

The lodge offers a jungle trail that runs through the property and an own private beach, straight out of a postcard, is yours for sunning, swimming and relaxing.

Surrounded by jungle with an ocean view is the favourite hang out spot is Casa Harmonia (Harmony House) which provides an amazing space for yoga, meditation, group meetings, laying in a hammock or even a friendly game of ping-pong.

Each day three delicious meals are provided. These are made of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, grains, homemade bread and lots of fresh fish caught by our expert fishermen.
